Top 10 Under 25

10.  Bradley Beal   (24 yrs.) 24.2 PPG 4.6 RPG Bradley Beal is not often recognized as one of the elite young stars in the NBA. Playing alongside John Wall, one of the best guards in the league, compliments his shooting style well and he will continue to surprise people. 9.  Andrew Wiggins  (22 yrs.) 19.9 PPG 4.8 RPG Andrew Wiggins is one of the most athletic forwards in the league. He improved his jump shot and shooting off the dribble to make defenses fear him even more. Add Wiggins with Towns and Butler, the Timberwolves can cause a whole lot of damage around the NBA. 8.  Nikola Jokic  (22 yrs.) 15.6 PPG 11.6 RPG Jokic could be one of leagues most complete centers. He can finish in the paint, he can occasionally shoot beyond the arc and has great court vision. Averaging a double-double and collecting some assists, Jokic has the potential to be a triple threat center that teams are going to have to watch out for when t...

The Boston Celtics, NBA Powerhouse?

We all know how big the story was when marquee free agent signing Gordon Hayward suffered a gruesome ankle fracture six minutes into his Celtic debut. We all know how the Celtics went on to lose the opening night game against the Cavaliers. We all know how analysts and sports fanatics everywhere immediately wrote off the Celtics from contention this year. So how exactly are the Boston Celtics currently sitting atop the Eastern Conference with a 6-2 record. This of course while the almighty Cavs are in 13th just in front of the rebuilding Hawks and the post-Butler Bulls. Since losing against the Cavs on opening night, the Celtics boast a 6-1 record with impressive wins over the MVP candidate "Greek Freak" led  Bucks, Miami Heat, and San Antonio Spurs. Most of the credit has to go to the dynamic Point Guard/Center combo of Kyrie Irving and Al Horford. Kyrie is averaging 21.8 PPG on 45% shooting. While his numbers may be down from last year, this would be attri...

Cleveland Cavaliers at bottom of East, Time to Worry?

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers suffered their fourth straight loss of the season tonight to the Indiana Pacers. This of course following losses to the Knicks, Pelicans, and the Nets. This puts the Cavs in 13th place in the East behind teams such as the Sixers and the Heat. Coming into the season, many wondered what the loss of Kyrie would do to the team. After adding players such as Derrick Rose, Dwyane Wade, and Jae Crowder, it was assumed the Cavs would continue their winning ways this season. So far, that has not been the case. Lebron no longer has a consistent second man to rely on to put up big numbers. The fact of the matter is, this Cavaliers team is old. On offense, Wade and Rose look well past their prime, J.R. Smith looks washed up, and to top it all off, Tristan Thompson left the arena on crutches after injuring his leg. Defense though, is really where this team as struggled so far. They are allowing the sixth most points per gam...
