With the NBA off season being in full swing it is time to rank the teams who have made the best moves so far. Free agency is the time to improve your roster and it has been in full swing since July 1st. Some teams have made quiet but important moves while others just continue to flex their muscles. Lets take a look at the top three teams. 1. Golden State Warriors Key Additions: DeMarcus Cousins-C, Jonas Jerebko-F This rich just keep on getting richer here. The Warriors signed Cousins to a one year Tax payer mid-level exception deal this off season. Cousins is coming off an injury, but he is still considered one of the top 3 big men in the NBA. Cousins has everything you want in a big man. If he can come back healthy it will be impossible to compete with the already dominating Warriors, trotting out five all-stars. It's over. It's finally over the biggest fish in the pond has made his decision. LeBron James will not be re-signing with the Cavs and will take his talents to Hollywood to play with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Cavs organization and Cavs fans will now have to endure another stint without LeBron James. The Cavs had to know that this was coming though right? The Cavs are now tasked with the burden of rebuilding without their best player in franchise history and to some the best player to ever play the sport of basketball. There are so many obstacles for the Cavs to over come. For starters they are capped out and can only make moves via trades and the tax payers mid level exception. Big name players such as LeBron James and MVP Finals winner Kevin Durant have the power to change teams and conferences, potentially shifting the balance of power in the NBA. The Atlanta Hawks are the latest team that decided to build their team around the 3 point shot. That's how it seems after the Hawks drafted elite shooters Trae Young of Oklahoma and Kevin Huerter of Maryland. This duo draws similarities to two star players who currently play for the Warriors, Klay Thompson and Steph Curry. Call me crazy, but I wouldn't be surprised if they became the next set of Splash Brothers. With Chris Paul becoming an unrestricted free agent, he's one of many stars that will hit the open market at midnight on July 1st. After finishing his first season in Houston after being dealt from the Los Angeles Clippers last summer, Paul could potentially be joining his fourth different team for his 14th season in the NBA. Paul has been vocal about his intentions to re-sign with the Rockets for another run at a title, however. In CP3's first season in H-Town, the Rockets took the defending champion Golden State Warriors to seven games in the Western Conference Finals before being outed after holding a 3-2 series lead. With Kawhi Leonard demanding a trade from the Spurs, teams around the league are scrambling to put together a trade package to acquire the All-Star, and former Finals MVP. The issue for most teams is whether they would be able to lure the superstar back for another year, as he has a player option after the 2018-19 season.
